2 weeks and no responce - how pathetic is cell c

It is such a shame. I received a response to say a team member will contact me yet nobody has. Filthy from cell c. I still do not have network and am using wifi from my telkom mobile contract to submit this report. Please end my torrid time with your useless network provider and just cancel this useless contract. This is my forth complaint and you guys probably have no idea how to assist a consumer. This has been the worst 6 months As a subscriber to any provider. My debit orders are always successful so what right do you have to take my money without providing me with any good service. Maybe you did tried to call but could not get through to me due to your pathetic network. Did I mention how USELESS CELL C IS!!! please respond with another filthy and saying you are going to help when you are not
