Firstly i had sent a complaint with regards to the contract which i told the agent must be on top up 100 but they kept it on weekend 100 while i was clearly not happy. I have sent numerous emails to Cell C customer service but did not get any positive reply from them. Today on 16/03/2013 i wanted to changed my debit order to deduct on the 1st of every month but was told by the agent that i cant changed as Cell C dont deduct debit orders on the first. I was calling them from 0840568139 and was put on hold for 29 minutes by the agent after i requested to speak to a team leader which i never got through. I cant wait for the contract to end as im really frustrated with the bad service i got from Cell C. It seems to me the agent was either confused and "babalaas" as i had to repeat myself many times while she was clearly confused. They must just listened to the recording of my call at 06h30 on 16/03/2013 to prove them wrong again.
