Debit order date

I have been trying very un-successfully to change my Debit order date to the 25 th of each month. This appears to be the most impossible thing for Cell C to do as they have been battling for the past 3 months to do it. How difficult can it?

What or where is the problem. It is a change of date for crying out loud!!!
The debit order for April has also still not been processed.
Useless absolutely useless. I am so glad my contract will be expiring soon as I will never in my life again take out a contact with you bunch of, not even if you give it for free!!!
