Telkom wins the worst service award by miles

I am now certain that Telkom is worst company I have EVER dealt with in customer service. Since 0800 hrs. today I have been trying to get hold of someone from Telkom due to a Wi-Fi issue. I have called virtually all the numbers I came across on-line including their Direct Shops which aren't answering calls, instead the phone will ring and then straight to voice mail. I have dialled 10210 for a hundred times, after answering all the questions on their IVR the phone cuts. After trying all the number I was transferred to legal (011-4493407). I also sent an e-mail hoping that at least I will get help, instead they respond with a reference... Is a reference number going to help me? Its high time Telkom is blacklisted and give someone else a chance, someone willing to provide GOOD service that we clients pay for. This is the one company that is always mentioned when people talk about bad service. Worse I have never missed a payment to Telkom yet they feel they can treat customers any way they want because they don't care as long as they get their premium.
