Vodacom

Vodacom ran a promotion on prepaid data bundles and I paid R99 but to date I have not even used 1kb of those bundles and they don't appear on my account. Their call centre told me that promo bundles don't reflect. Last week I also bought another 10MB but this is also not reflecting. I bought BIS to access Internet yet they block access to other sites like youtube. What is the point of unlimited Internet??? I have an iPad, and two phones on Vodacom hopefully by next month I will free my self from this.
