I was billed R 1900 extrra for December 2012 and January 2013 on my Vodacom Data R 99 per month account. After numerous Phone calls and no solution in sight I was eventually promised a credit of R 627.00 out of Goodwill. here is their message Text :

Notwithstanding the above, you are a valuable customer of ours, and therefore without admission of liability and purely as a once-off gesture of goodwill, Vodacom Service Provider is prepared to retariff your account as if there was a data bundle activated to incur high data charges for December 2012 only. The total credit amount is R627.11 incl vat. This will be credited against your Vodacom customer account and will be taken into account with the amount owing Vodacom at your following debit order.

That should have been payed to me at the end of February 2013. I am still waiting and keep getting all sorts of excuses. So much for their Goodwill which they just did to get out of solving the original problem in the first place. As soon as I can I will definitely switch providers.. Thanks Vodacom. And by the way the original problem was never solved.
