Good morning,

on my previous complaint for vodacom charging me with data usage, that took place on the 9th of Desember 2012, I received feedback form Vodacom, Fabian October at Advanced Data Solutions phoned me and activated service inhibiting of vlive apn. He did send a mail to the dataportal for a requist on goodwill gesture to write of the amound for the data usaged, i did receive the mail that vodacom is willing to credit 40% of the dada usage on invoices dated 03.01.2013 - 03.02.2013 which is very kind, but im unhappy caurse i did not use it, and also do not have the money for that. Please can they make a plan to take everything off please.
