I signed up for a 3G contract and Cellphone contract at the end of April 2012 when you still had a branch at Dimension Data Campus. Less than a week later and before I could take ownership of the phone or datacard and dongle (I never received either of these!!!), I cancelled my contracts due to the fact that Dimension Data cancelled their contract with Nashua Mobile and I would therefore no longer qualify for the staff discounts (I completed forms at the DD Campus branch).

Now suddenly a year down the line, an amount of R596 as well as R149 has been deducted off my account!!! (R745 in total) which was wrongly deducted. This is not your money, it is mine. I have been on the phone for the past 2 weeks to get this resolved (on the line right now for the past 25 mins already).

I called a couple of times last year as well to inform you that you need to stop the invoices to me as this contract is not valid!!!

Erika Eybers is now looking into it, but has informed me that there is no record of cancellation, and therefore cannot be cancelled. I work on a very tight budget and cannot afford unneccesary deductions like these!!!

Please sort this out asap.
