Three weeks later, still no feedback or assistance

My first complaint was 2 weeks ago. Cell C gave feedback on complaint that someone will contact me, but, alas, that someone did contact me and made more promises that are still not followed-through on. I have since called again and also visited local service provider shop and they too "PASSED THE BUCK". NOBODY called me. My complaint is STILL unresolved. My service STILL suspended. I will make sure as many as possible people are informed of the poor service and BREACH OF CONTRACT. I was promised one thing, mislead, overcharged, and now no-one is taking responsibility. The Consumer Protection Act clearly states that if you are mislead in a contract you have the right to cancel the contract. I am also going to my bank now and canceling all debit orders. Seems cell C is deliberately "stalling" in order to my money at month end. I am going to tweet cell C's non-existent customer service every hour on the hour until someone assists me PROPERLY and COMPLETELY and NOT MAKE ANY MORE EMPTY PROMISES.
