I have a top up contract with Nashua mobile. I have made use of their online facility to be contacted. People, please don't waste time using that false adevertised facility. I have used it before and the same thing happened. They don't get back to you and they don't bother to provide serious customer satisfaction and reliable feedback. I had a data contract with them which expired and I cancelled it or rather I didn't renew it. I went into the branch, the lady made a copy of my driver's lisence and I signed the form. This I did last year (2012) October. Now I realise that I am still paying for that contract, it hasn't been cancelled and I have been pestered by telemarketing individuals from Nashua constantly for an upgrade offer on the already cancelled contract.
When I mentioned the cancelled contract they seem surprised BUT they can't help me. I have to follow a string of customer service centres just to find out what's going on.
If I'm not mistaken... this should have legal implications as much for Nashua Mobile as for their customers who breach their contracts?
