I had taken out a contract with nashua Mobile Musgrave, not sure on the date but i would say at the begining of August as their new catalogue was not out as yet. I signed a cell C contract and changed my my mind as i found a better deal with a MTN contract, so the very next day i informed Ianda that I am cancelling the Cell C and want to move over to MTN. I was told that the contract was approved and that she will do cancellation once the phone arrives and she will send it back and cancell. I did not sign the MTN contract that I desired because she said that I can only sign once that was cancelled. I was called by Ianda on Monday 19/08/13 to inform me that I have to pay in R1 817.00 for the Cell C contract which was cancelled and I never received any phone. I can not see reason as to why I must pay for something I never received. That is in broad daylight. I have been in contact with nashua Mobile customer services and have been speaking to Curtis but no one can still explain to me as to why I have to pay this money in. I have been a customer of Nashua Mobile for many years. Is this how they treat long term loyal clients
