I have been with Vodacom for more than a decade. I have been purchasing 100 mb of data on my phone every month odd for roughly a year now.

The 100mb of data would last me for the entire month, I would even get texts from Vodacom that I should use uo the remaining data or I would forfeit the balance, that is how long it would last me.

The last couple of months, the data is only lasting 2 weeks odd. Data costs are supposed to be decreasing and not increasing. Vodacom should look into this. I have been a loyal customer, if this is not corrected, I will be left with no choice but to switch to a different service provider.
