MTN LET ME DOWN ONCE AGAIN

TWO MONTHS LATER I FIND MYSELF FILING YET ANOTHER COMPLAINT! I HAVE BEEN BILLED R849 FOR A MACBOOK CONTRACT ON TOP UP SINCE OCTOBER 2013, I QUERIED THIS WITH JUANITA AS WELL AS CUSTOMER CARE AND BOTH REASSURED ME THAT IT WAS THE PRO RATA AMOUNT I WAS BEING BILLED FOR. MY INVOICE INDICATES THAT MY CONTRACT IS R809 YET I HAVE BEEN BILLED WITH R849 AGAIN THIS MONTH. I DO NOT WANT TO WASTE MY TIME AGAIN IN A BRANCH AS THEY HAVE PROVEN TO BE VERY UNHELPFUL. I ALSO HAD ANOTHER INCIDENT WHEREBY I WAS MISINFORMED ABOUT MY `'GRACE PERIOD" TO TAKE OUT INSURANCE BY THE SAME STAFF MEMBER. I CONTACTED THE BRANCH MANAGER BUT THE SOLUTION HE GAVE ME (TO TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH MTN ITSELF) DIDNT SEEM TO BENEFIT ME MUCH AND I THEN HAD TO TAKE OUT MY OWN INSURANCE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. I WOULD LIKE THIS TO BE CORRECTED WITHOUT ANY INCONVENIENCE TO ME. IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT LODGING A COMPLAINT SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY WAY TO GET THINGS SORTED OUT WITH MTN.
