Shocking MTN service and messed up contract

We took a contract out 3 months ago at MTN waterfront and they said they would do an upgrade to top up like contract before. they then messed up and we were on an open contract which then cost R1680 to R2000 and the R700 for 3 months and nothing was changed till this month, secondly my husband went in 2 months ago to ask for insurance as i told him he must get and they said they will sort and on Sat night we got robbed and his ph and now they tell me there is no insurance!!! his phone costs R8000 as is NOTE 2! I am on VODACOM and their service is far superior. management in the waterfront and MTN is shocking. now we paying the price!!!
