Vodacom not Honest with customers

Vodacom allows you to upgrade on 22 months but they don't tell you that your 24 month contract still exist till the 24 months is over, that means with every upgrade on 22 months you "own" them 2 months if you upgrade 3 you "own" the 6 months that means your contact won't end 24 months from the upgrading time, but 24 months every time from you first contract they don't inform you how the upgrades work you will only find that out when you won't to terminate your contract.
