No Feedback from Thembi at Coverage dept

I have had an inttermittent internet problem since 17 April (this is when I first noticed this problem), since then I got NO feed back from the Coverage dept. other then that the Tower is working fine.

But I still have the same problem, no one checked with me what is my signal strength or even tested it.

I am sorry but MTN hs just once again proved themselves to be utterly useless when it comes to keep their customers happy!

Please take not that the customer consumar act was put in place to protect my, the consumer (and payer), from the like MTN!!!

I will not, pay for a service that I have a signed contract for, but the other party (MTN) does not honour their part of the contract.

If you can not resolve this issue, put me in contact with someone that can resolve his issue!!!
