SOS again!

Coverage has become a constant issue in the past weeks. My phone is on SOS yet again this morning. I cannot phone from it to report this problem. Please check your towers in The Reeds. Probably the Thatchfield one that has a problem. If you cannot provide me for the service I'm paying you, let me out of this contract! It's not a handset problem, it is a coverage problem. Please get a manager to contact me regarding this issue as a matter of urgency on the alternative 084 number supplied under acc/policy number.
