No Resonse to LARGE debit order on account

I took out a data contract with Vodacom at Pavilion, and this included a laptop computer. The contract fee was R469-00 per month. After the second month, they debited my account with over R5000-00. I sent through a query, and received a reference no, and was informed that they would get back to me within 24 hours. No one EVER did. I stopped my debit order hoping that someone would then contact me and resolve this issue. I had NO communication from Vodacom whatsoever, despite them having all my contact details, and I has specified communication via EMAIL. I am unable to receive 3G coverage where I live, which Vodacom never tested in the first place, They then went and listed me as a default payer WITHOUT notifying me. They now say I "used" that data, when I cannot receive 3G coverage!!! They cannot explain why they did NOT contact me to resolve the issue. They are now ignoring my emails, both to their customer care, AND their legal department. I have had NO response in over a week.
