I am seething... I was offered a great contract data speedstick contract by Cell C for R120 a month for 2GB in January over the phone (they called me)... last month I was billed R580 because I was told I have an open line and a limit of R500 on this line over and above the 2GB for R120... I was not aware of this as one I never recieved a hard copy of the contract from the service provider. This month my bill is close to R700 and once again I was told stories about my line and, now I wanted to cancel my contract, and they would get back to me the following Tuesday 17 April by 12pm mind you I had logged the callI on Saturday 14 April 2013 and was on the phone for about two hours trying to sort this out to know avail. Today is the 22 April 2013... still no response on my query, I had to call myself and there is no record of my logged call on the system so once again I had to start again explaining my story... even the management was not sympathetic instead was rude.

I am beyond angry and want nothing to with Cell C... I will involve ICASA if I have too.

Very disgruntled customer...
