Wer have 2 x Cell C contracts and eversince the last upgrade we have had just trouble on our account. After 3 x calls to the call center the answer of last month was we see you have added a data bundle to your contract. We immediately requested that be removed and were promised that it is done. Our account for both lines are R260 per month and for the last 6 months it was R350 each month. If I don't pay my cellphone contract for 6 months in a row, the line will be cut and I will be blacklisted, right? So it is ok for you to keep on??? I believe it is only fair that both these contracts now be cancelled and and I now don't owe Cell C anything more, confirmation of this to be send before close of business today or a formal complaint wi;ll be logged at Icasa and a charge of and will be laid at the SAPS.
