Cell C
Contract not cancelled - can not upgrade Redbull

Went to the Cell C store month and half ago to cancel my Redbull mobile contact as it expired in April. They told me they don't do Redbull anymore - and they can't upgrade me to Cell C. Fine did all the paper work to cancel the number so that I can over to Cell C- but seeing as I didn't frame my reference number in gold the job was just not done the first time. Thus I have had to start the whole process from the beginning again today after waiting for 2 hours on the line and then having to have to go in anyway to the store as each person had a different story. Some guy even wanted to upgrade my contract with Redbull - but I have been told they don't do it anymore various times. The worst of all is I want to open a Cell C contract!!! Now I will miss the special I want... and start all over again.
