Cell C has terrible customer Service! BlS Issue

I had a contract which expired in Aug 2012, it has been running on a month to month basis. The contract phone I received with it was a Samsung. I bought my Blackberry separately.
I cancelled my DEBIT ORDER on the 9 April 2013. On the 12/04/13, i renewed my BIS services, and just 6 days later, Cellc had shut my BIS services off, calling it "a value added service".

READ MY CONTRACT CELLC! My blackberry is not your property, it has NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU! (You all conveniently tell customers, you do not have anything to do with BLACKBERRY, it is a service on its own, but yet, now you do?) My first contact with cellc was on Saturday 20/04/13. I was told the call was logged and it would take 24/48hrs. I called again (Monday 22 April 2013), and the agent REASSURED ME... 24/48hrs and my service would be reinstated! It has been over 48hrs!
Not even management could help me!!! I am outraged!!!
Today is Monday the 29th April 2013, and i am still WAITING for a REPRESENTATIVE TO CALL ME BACK! MY services has STILL NOT BEEN REINSTATED!
I want my service back on, and 12 days to be reimbursed in service.
AND BTW! CELL C, your customer service!
