How is it possible for a technology company to have their main customer service account system down for more than 10 days? There is almost no noise about it, no apologies to customers who has to just struggle along.

Having a data only connection on a router means having to disconnect the router every time to connect via USSD losing data service during that time or alternatively contacting them via another service provider at my cost for their incredibly poor project management.

It is mind blowing bad! It is similar to SABC being down for 10 DAYS and the response is "I don't know when it will be fixed"

Incompetentcy taken to a new level of professionalism.
