Coverage dropped and remains weak and now worse

I have requested MTN to investigate on why i have bad coverage and no internet at home, they said they would contact me and let me know for a way forward. The situation has just became worse. From 8 pm at night i have no internet or signal at all. People can't reach me and i can't make phone calls as well. I have spoken to a Coverage Department Consultant yesterday and was informed the tower was still out of order. After I told the guy that 2 months struggling with no feedback or a solution was for me the last he put his headset down and didn't respond after that. I have no idea what to do anymore. I have been calm and patient and nothing has been done to resolve it. If there should be an emergency, what do I do. I can't reach anyone, and other people can't reach me. The contract is on a debit order so there has been no payment issues! Why do I not receive any service??? MTN can't expect people to keep paying for a contract that someone has committed to and then no services are being delivered. I can't keep working like this. Its inconvenient and I'm getting very frustrated with no response what so ever.
Please, please help me to sort this out once and for all.
