Poor service 3G internet

Ever since joining the MTN service provider I have had nothing but trouble and poor service. I am greatly disappointed in the way I am treated as a customer and that my complaints and queries are never dealt with and that nobody seems to care about my difficulties encountered.
I signed up for a 3G data internet contract. I work in the civil construction industry and am therefore required to travel around the country much.
On application for my 3G data contract it was promised that the 2 cities where I would be doing most of my work had excellent 3G coverage. It was also promised to me that there would be a 1 year warranty on my USB dongle, so if I experienced any problems with the dongle/modem MTN would repair or replace it at no extra cost.
Upon attempting to connect in Lephalale and Rustenburg I could not get a steady connection. Hereafter I complained and MTN gave me an external antenna. This worked. But then after using it for a while the very weak and flimsy connection between the antenna cable and dongle broke. I took the dongle in to the MTN walk in centre, Menlyn and they say they cannot help. Now i'm paying R149 a month for nothing. My MTN internet no. 0837993817
