Paying for data I cannot utilise

Almost every time I try to connect to the Internet with my cell c dongle I find myself unable to view any websites even though the signal bar is full and the dongle is shown to be connected. I am using my husband's 8ta dongle to type this complaint as this evening I am once again unable to connect. Unlike cell c, 8ta provides a fast and consistent connection. I am so disappointed that I did not opt for 8ta instead. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving.
