I have 80% of my data bundle left for July simply because I could not get a decent speed on any day of the month.

Every time I tried to connect to the internet during July it takes roughly 10 min to open a single page. Even to do a simple google search takes about 5 minutes.

This is unacceptable. My bundle for July expires in 10 days. I expect Cell C to either extend my contract by a month or give me a refund for the data that I lost.

Right after I could not connect to the internet using my Cell C dongle, I put a Vodacom simcard into the dongle and within seconds I have working internet - faster than I have ever experienced with Cell C. This is ridiculous!!
