8ta still fails to replace faulty dongle!

Still no news on my dongle replacement despite all the proof of emails and case numbers that dates back to when dongle was under warranty... no feedback thats usefull for both stores at Woodlands or Hatfield as the ons store says to phone and sort it with the other and vice versa...
It does not help to phone, email or reply on facebook of any kind as all i get from 8ta customer support, social@8ta whatever are new case numbers that are closed everytime im looking for answers! I paid for data and could not use it as the problem was with the dongle and never the signal as we all thought it to be. I boight a MTN dongle out of my own pocket to at least use whats left of the contract eg.10gigs every month till the contract expires, WHICH i will never ever continue with 8ta. I am ashamed to say my internet provider is 8ta from Telkom...
