Useless incompetent network

Good day I really need assistance wit a competent individual who knows what they are doing. I am so tired of the pathetic service i keep gettin! All i want is for cell c to debit my account every month. But ever since i took this stupid contract they haven't. They keep putting me in arrears. Every time i phone they say that they gonna debit my account but they dont. It is frustrating how bad the service is. All i need is for my debit orders to go through.
