Sick and Tired of the billing service my wife gets from cell c! In june last year my wife had a problem with her account and cell c took a month to fix the problem. Its happening again she got a sms'' Please fax the proof of payment to 084 167 6417 or email to [Email Removed] to have your line reactivated within 4 hours. Cell C. Your Cell C account is in arrears by R370. Your service will be suspended if payment is not received in 2 days (Ignore this SMS if payment is already made). Kindly note that R70 will be charged on Cell C returned debit orders. Kindly call Cell C to confirm that your account is being debit ed on the date you have funds available in your bank account. Cell C'' witch is bull!!! There is sufficient funds in her bank account for a debit order thus cell c is at fault here!! Why didn't they debit her account!!! Now she must pay for cell c's mistake. Pathetic!!!
