Being unemployed for a period of ABOUT 2yrs, Cell c has never the less continued to try and debit my account every month without fail, I have sent emails and have had several telephonic conversations with differect call centre staff numerous time, but to no avail, your pleas and discussions go on deaf ears. A consultant then promised me faithfully to have my debit order reduced to a R100.00, But guess what, they still debited an amt of R258.00 which is riduculous for a person that's unemployed. with all due respect the debt has to be paid, and will be, when I do get a job.
My next step is to expose them and their staff to the consumer board, they are the worst company to deal with and expectionally useless from a customer service point of view.By the way their debit orders cannot be reversed, athough it was cell c consultant that insisted on giving me the contract even though I said NO. the sms states pay R253.62, They debit R258.00. This PHOLOSA maybe a, that;s what this looks like. Also u dont receive statements, if you request it, they say it will cost me.
