Cell C
Dont know what they are doing!!

Hi,

I have been on Cell C for 4 months (Feb to May) and twice in this time, according to them, my debit orders cannot go through, yet somehow Old Mutual, Discovery, Momentum, DSTV and host of other debit orders go through every month without a hitch!!! TWICE in FOUR months i have received texts threatening to cut of my
account as well as report me to the credit bureau!!!

Now, i just had my account suspended after speaking to them only an hour or so prior to that. And this is after Investec have assured me that there should be no issues and the problem is on the side of Cell C!

Utterly incompetent and useless!!! Biggest mistake of my life leaving Vodacom for this utter! Can see why they can have the cheapest call rates in RSA - just cut off people so they cant take advantage of these rates!!!

If I could get out of this 2 year contract, I would be back to Voda or try out MTN in a heartbeat!
