Cell C
Cellphone repai

I handed in my cellphone (Samsung galaxy s4) to a employee at cell c (illovo branch recently moved to woodmead) for repair in Dec 2013, 23rd. All they had to fix was my black screen. From my research, this should be an easy thing to repair considering everything else about the screen is in tact, e.g touch screen was still operational. I completed all the necessary forms and was told my phone will be ready in 21 days. I received a ref number for the repair job as well. To this date 2014 Jan 26, I have not received any communication from cell c nor have I received my phone. I went to the cell c head office on Jan 20th 2014 to follow up on my phone. I was told that they are aware of the phone being brought for repairs and will give me a call before close of business that day. Very angry at the level of service. Could this be a case of by cell c? Can I sue for damages as well? Breach of contract? Consumer commission breach? I am without a cellphone.
The power is in my hands...
