Cell C
Sent for Repairs, came back with more problems

Telecommunications

On 11-01-2013 I handed my Samsung Galaxy Sii in for repairs at Newcastle Cell C for the following reasons: I cannot receive or make any calls from or to my phone (No Signal)&and when the battery dies, you charge it, a Battery with a Triangle with Exclamation Mark displays on my screen, which results in you not being able to switch the phone back on. Prior to handing my phone in for repairs, we tested my phone ourselves. That's how we knew it was damaged. I was told that it will take up to 21 working days to repair. After numerous calls to Customer Care/Repair Centre to find out the progress, I finally received my phone at Newcastle Cell C on 26-02-2013. I came home, put in on charge & eventually switched it on. To my dismay, my phone was broken more instead of being repaired. Now my phone had the following faults: High Voltage warning continuously appears on the screen, If you switch the phone off, it switches on by itself. It display's the battery sign on the screen, as if it's being charged, while not being on charge. My back cover was also damaged. On 27-02-13 I took it back to Newcastle Cell C to send it back to the Repair Centre. To date, still waiting. Please contact me. Very upset
