15/06/2013 - Cell phone booked in for repairs at Cell C Pavilion with Battery & Back Cover
21/06/2013 - R348.69 quote approved.
12/07/2013 - Went to collect cellphone. The Cellphone was working but Back Cover missing. I was told phone would have to be resent to Repair Center to include back cover & send back to Pavilion Cell C.
31/07/2012 - Called to find out on status of phone & told by female call center agent that status reads "Awaiting Customer Feed Back" The call center agent then told me she will check with the person who lodged status. I was then on hold for /- 10 minutes before the call disconnected.

This is unacceptable, no one had contacted me since the phone was sent to repair center for cover to be included & sent back to Pavilion. In fact my "feedback" was when I told Pavilion Cell C that no cover was included!

My business is suffering due to not having this cellphone for past 46 days! Please resolve ASAP & I want to be compensated in some way for my business loss & no courtesy phone offered!
