Repair Costs

I opened a contract with cell c just four months ago and i took an Xperia Z. Four months down the line the phone gives me hassles, i can't swipe anywhere on the screen as it seem to have frozen. I take it back to Cell C Northgate and i'm told that i'll be contacted in less than 3 weeks. I received an sms today about a quote of R3613.00 for the phone repairs... now why do i have to pay for the phone where as i didn't break it or anything likeThe screen stopped responding for crying out loud and now i have to pay for you guys to fix the phone i bought from you 4 months ago?? This is totally unacceptable and i so regret why i took out that contract with cell c. Your call centre is phucked up... been holding for over 30 minutes and nobody took my phucking call. This is written incompetence all over it and on top of that you still want my R3613 and for me to recommend you to close friends and family? I don't understand how i have to pay them to repair it, i got the phone from them not directly from Sony and if they can't fix it isn't the repair centre supposed to take it to Sony?? I'm done with this sh#*t network...!!!
