CELLPHONE NOT YET REPAIRED AFTER 3 BOOKINGS

I obtained a contract cell phone from MTN in December 2012, In march 2013 the cellphone started "freezing" so i took it to MTN westgate B for repairs, when i went for collection my cellphone has not been repaired and would not switch on. They then booked it again in April, i received a call for collection and then i found the screen of my cellphone having a crack, this was on the 8th of june 2013. The cellphone was then booked for the third time on the 9th of June 2013, After several follow ups i was informed that i need to pay R1900, 00 for them to repair the cellphone, MTN now blames me for the cracked screen, i am now just paying the contract for a cellphone that i am not using. Every time i go to the store i have to deal with a different consultant. The manager is never available due to leave or other excuses.
