Unauthorised debit orders against my bank account

I put up a message on Hellopeter about 3 weeks ago asking for Cell C to investigate debit orders coming off my bank account which were unauthorised.
This was after I had called into their call centre from March asking them to investigate unauthorised debit orders.
After lodging my issue on Hellopeter I received communication for about a week and a half and have received no feedback since.

Last week Wednesday 15 May 2013 ANOTHER unauthorised amount was deducted from my bank account by Cell C! I emailed the Cell C consultants who had been assisting me immediately and I have still not received a single response and it is almost a week later.

I have been trying to communicate with Cell C about these unauthorised debits from March. It is almost the end of May and nothing has been done to resolve the issue.
Instead the unauthorised debit orders continue and Cell C consultants ignore my email.

Cell C why have I received no feedback or resolution on the investigation being carried out? Why do amounts CONTINUE to be deducted from my account? Why am I having to lodge a SECOND complaint on Hellopeter on the same issue to be heard?
This is completely unacceptable!
