Cell C
Problem still not resolved

Since the last incident with cell C trying to deduct R5000 from my account. I have been promised that the matter will be resolved and my name cleared with ITC. Instead of that happening. Cell C has tried again to deduct R5000 from my account and the contract hasn't been re activated. I don't understand why the phone was delived in december if the contract was cancelled in October, and why I was still being billed for the contract in November if the contract was cancelled. I really need cell c to sort this out now because it is seriously messing up my credit score.
