Lack of Service & terrible treatment of pensione

I have been a paid up client of Telkom's for as long as I can remember.
I was happy with my landline and was able to avail of ADSL.
When about 18 months ago the lines in our area were over & over again, leaving us without a landline or internet access at home. Telkom did not apologise for the problem our area experienced & we waited over 12 months for a wifi phone, then were promptly denied retaining our tel # after approx 29 years use. Needs less to say the first wi fi tel last about a week & the battery was defective. We had to cancel our adsl with Mweb as a consequence.
I am a state pensioner and my health has not been good. My daugther supports me and wanted the line for a back up in case of a health scare and my cell being out of airtime. The internet for her studies and for me to contact my other daugther in NZ.
We have been passed from pillar to post, ignore & left out in the cold. Telkom does not care about their customers, least of all their long standing loyal clients.
We have now been left with a wi fi phone that has a battery that dies too frequently to mention, no adsl & now we have to change our landline number Appauled & disappointed. We just want it restored
