Unlimited Contract but limited service

Since I took out 2x contracts with Telkom Mobile (1x Samsung S4 on Unlimited contract and another S4 on a normal contract) I had problems relating to signal. I visited Kolonnade branch and they assisted me with changing the settings on both smart phones but it made no difference.

I contacted Telkom Mobile on 03/09/2013 @11:14 and reported the problem to the client care. Until now I have only received an SMS on 18/09/2013 that the case was esculated to the Networks Department.

Could someone please assist me in resolving this very frustrating problem. If it is not resolved by the end of this week, Telkom Mobile will leave me no choice but to return the phones and cancel the contract as I am paying way to much for way to little. I would rather pay R500 - R1000 more at another service provider and know that I will have signal wherever I go.
