MTN provides disgusting customer service!!!

The service Mtn is offering is nonsense... i made a cash payment on my contract phone on the 03/01/2014 R420.00. On the 20/01/2014 my phone was suspended. i then called the service provider to find out whats happening and the lady i spoke to told me she saw the payment then reconnected my phone. On Friday the 24/01/2014 my phone was again suspended... i have been calling the sevice provider to speak to a consultant but there has been no answer... its been two days trying to get hold of them but to no avail... the service that mtn is providing is disgusting and i really dont want to continue doing business with them. i want action taken against them
