Since i asked to convert my line to ADSL my telkom line went dead and is dead for more than a month. Afrihost got a fancy web site but dont fall for this. It is window dressing with the only purpose to debit your account the next day and Afrihost support is in the fast lane to match Sanral customer care centre. You get billed for a service never received despite asking not to bill me as the service has not been delivered. You receive standard replies from support just to get rid of the support ticket. They refuse to put you through to a manager or complaint department or you get a false promise to be phoned back. There is no way to get any indication when the fault will be restored.

I phoned Telkom myself and the information from Telkom does not match with Afrihost support. According to Afrihost a technician has been allocated. According to Telkom this is not the case. I do not know who to believe. It is a pity you rely on Telkom and Afrihost to run your business from home.
