I lodged a complained on friday 01.02.2013 regarding my account being sky high for the month of January.
Ref: MNT REQ:1701207 - i received this with an e mail stating my complaint will be attended to and i would be contacted shortly...
Today 05.02.2013 i had to phone MTN ref: 96724571.

Apparently i have gone over my data usage of 2gb. Knowing that i didn't use my data account much in January, im stunned at the bill amount.

I also requested that my data account be split from contract phone account. Heaven only knows if this has been done.

My dad had a similar problem! where the data account was not used and the data was charged instead of going of the data bundle... he strugled for months to be re-imbursted the money debited of his account.

I have been a customer of MTN for over 10 years... if this is how long standing customers are treated i'm wondering if its worth staying with mtn??? maybe a should go over to pay as you go...
