In October 2013 my online profile with Vodacom got locked for some reason and when I tried to log in it told me that I need to contact customer care. I spent much time on the phone and they promised me to call me back as they experienced a technical difficulty. In the meantime I couldn't log into my online profile/account. In January 2014 I called customer care again and the person acknowledged that a ticket had been opened in November 2013. I was told again that Vodacom would call me and I was given another ref. number. Now, weeks later and no response or calls from Vodacom. I can't access my online profile, it's locked and they need to reset the password manually - I've been waiting since November 2013 - if it doesn't get solved by next week, I'm porting to another service provider. I've done my part Vodacom! Please do as you've promised... call me.
