This would be the second complaint for the same issue - Middle of March 2013 I went to Vodacom Shop in Menlyn 4U and asked for my MTN prepaid number to be ported to Vodacom, they have many excuses and stories in the shop and at first seemed that they do not know how to assit me, evebntually I managed to get someone to assist with the porting. I have other Vodacom contracts, thus this porting should just be added to my profile. After two weeks back and forth, the porting was not not done with plenty of excuses from the shop assistant. I logged a complaint on Hello Peter, got response from a Lesley from Vodacom and at first received calls from hime gathering information, then I was told it was passed to the Vodacon Porting department, this is now another two weeks and nothing has happened - I ask is it standard Vodacom practice to take a month with a porting request, this is unacceptable and I need a proper anser and commited date to have this sorted out - the number for the porting is 084 251 2770
