Hi
I logged a call with AF online for my profile to be unlocked on the 12/08/2013, I was promised it will be done in 3 days time. On the 15/08/2013 I followed up on the progress and was promised I will receive an email within 48 hours with the new password. I had to follow up again on the 19/08/2013, my matter was escalated and was again promised this will be resolved in 24 hours. It is the 21/08/2013 no communication from Alexander Forbes, how long does it take to unlock a profile and reset a password?
