I have received a message my debit order didn't come through. As my wife do work with payments of accounts et. I instructed her to give the call centre a call to make a payment after poor attitude from them they refused to help her although on of the contracts on my name is her phone number. I have been handed over for R500. After i have made a payment sent the proof of payment through to them and the guy shane were kind to inform me he will escalate it to the accounts department in order to remove the soft block on our phones. They also instructed me it will be 24 hrs for the flagging to be removed. Now today i went to fetch my upgrade phone after by the all the Hatfield branch and Zambesi branch didn't want to help me. I drove to Centurion, Which the block were still on my name. I found it un appropriate and unethical. I want the problem solved today and want to upgrade as well as my phone give me a lot of problems. Afterall you said 24 hrs and now it is more than that. I also want VIP treatment as I have a few contracts with you and want the service as promised.
