Account block, but payment done on the 2.04.13

I changed from bank and notified 8ta on the 2.04.13. It was to late to stop the debit order that went through and was reversed on the 5.04.13, but I did a direct payment on the 02.04.13 to ensure no problems would arise. Well, my account was suspended on the 14.04.13, after being cut of 3x by the call centre staff, I eventually spoke to a Lady that unblocked my account after 3 hours and said the account is 100% up to date. Then on the 15.04.03, a debit order goes through my account for the amount due on the 31.04.13. When I called on the 16.04.13, I was told once again that my account is in arrears. I e-mailed my proof of payment to Ayanda and I went into Telkom shop in Festival mall with my proof of payment. I was told turn around time is 48 hours. Today the 19.14.13, my number has been blocked once again, and my payment has still not been allocated. Ayanda is absent today and David promised me this will be sorted ASAP. 4.5 hours later and my phone is still locked and David does not respond to my e-mail!!!
