BAD POOR UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

First my phones got locked after I ALREADY PAID. I have to phone around to get a bit of a response where my phones got unlocked only for a couple of days.
It is by your (NASHUA"'S) own negligence that the R80.00 Upgrade fee was not deducted from my account as it should've been. Now I have to suffer the consequences of someone else's incompetence and negligence
THEN... My phones got locked again even after I sent proof of payment. Once again I had to phone around on my expense to get somewhat of a response and my phones got unlocked just to be BLOCKED AGAIN TODAY??? I am really fed up and will be cancelling all of my contracts.

I have phoned the accounts department, the call centre, sent an email and I have been to Canal Walk Nashua Mobile to make it clear that I DO NOT Currently work and will be making cash deposits for my contracts and debit orders should be stopped IMMEDIATELY.

And then couple of days later my Lines gets blocked again.

This is unacceptable and VERY POOR service.
